As we continue to expand across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, we’re looking for an additional experienced Account Director to join our team who will own and grow our relationships with a group of our airline customers.

About the Role

As an Account Director, you’ll be the key point of contact for your customers, managing relationships at all levels — from ground operations teams to executive leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, technical support, product development, and commercial leadership to ensure your customers are well-served and are achieving their goals with the SureWx platform.

You’ll also lead strategic account planning, renewal set-up, and identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, acting as both an operational partner and commercial enabler.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within your airlines.

  • Champion SureWx’s value proposition with deep operational and technical understanding.

  • Develop strategic account plans to increase retention, grow usage, and unlock new opportunities.

  • Work closely with technical support to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.

  • Support commercial negotiations and assist in renewal preparation with relevant stakeholders.

  • Gather and share feedback from customers to guide product and service development.

  • Travel to client sites and key industry events, representing SureWx professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in aviation, preferably in airline or airport operations, customer success, or account management.

  • Strong working knowledge of aviation ground or flight operations.

  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a strong plus

  • Ability and willingness to travel across Europe and possibly beyond, as required.

  • Experience coordinating with technical teams to support customer needs.
